SECURITY

Our Dunsborough self storage yards provide secure 24/7 access via an electonic keypad sliding gates. Both yards are protected with CCTV surveillance fitted with infrared night-time recording and supported with an uninterruptible power supply. 

Each container has a lock box for maximum security. The premises are enclosed with three-rung barbed wire fencing and dawn-to-dusk lighting provides additional security.  

 

ACCESSIBILITY

Our Dunsborough self storage yards in the light industrial area offer a convenient location and layout that eliminates double handling. You can park in front of your container, open its doors and load your items directly, saving time and effort. No stairs, elevators or tight passageways to worry about. 

SIMPLE TERMS

Begin with an initial lease of three, six, nine or twelve months. Should you require to use our facility longer, the lease can be extended by a further three, six, nine or twelve months – onging.  

We will need to know if you intend to use the facility for domestic or commercial purposes. Please note we have a non smoking policy and no Flamible or Dangerous Goods are to enter our premises. 

All clients are required to enter a Storage Agreement. This agreement is sent via email in a Docusign format. It is easy to read and provides a breakdown of both our responsibilities and the clients. Unfortunately, sometimes our clients do not pay our invoices and the agreement outlines what happens in this instance. Should a client have difficulty making a payment we strongly advise that they contact us early to enable us to work through the situation. 

When the time comes to move out or should you wish to extend the lease, we ask that you email us ([email protected]) and provide one months notice in writing of your preference. This is essential as for example, if you are on a three month lease and we do not hear from you we assume that you are vacating the container and we will therefore book the container to another client on the expiry of the lease.

To secure your space we require the following;

– A signed agreement (minimum three months)

-Payment (eft) of one month of the lease and one month in advance

-Payment of a $200 refundable bond, returned promptly upon vacating the sea container in its original condition (clean, tidy and undamaged) 

NOTE: A container is not “Booked” until the above is completed. Once booked we do not offer refunds if you change your mind or your circumstances change for any reason. 

QUALITY

We conduct quality checks on each storage unit before the start of a new lease term. These checks guarantee containers are waterproof and cannot be accessed by rodents or vermin. Additionally, all of our containers come with air vents to ensure proper ventilation, keeping your stored items dry, safe, and secure.

Over time we replace our storage containers and during this time we install whirlybirds to the roof which provide airflow through the container and allow light to enter the container. 

Premium Build

We use premium build sea containers for self-storage. These are wind and water proof, as well as rodent and vermin proof.
